Contacting your camper while at camp.
Campers love to get mail! If you send packages or letters, make sure they are mailed in time to arrive before the last day of camp. Mail is delivered to Grand Oaks late in the afternoon each day. The address is Camper Name, Grand Oaks Baptist Assembly, 9463 HWY 190, Chillicothe, MO 64601. You are welcome to call to inquire about your camper. The Grand Oaks Guest Line is 660 646-6477. Be aware that your camper will not be answering the phone and most likely will NOT be nearby. Also remember, phone calls are more likely to cause homesickness than prevent it! The guest line is not answered in the off season at Grand Oaks. The year round business office number is 660 646-1906. This number CAN be used in an emergency or if you cannot reach anyone on the guest line.

Visiting your camper at Grand Oaks. Parents are always welcome to come to Grand Oaks. It is appreciated, but not required, that you call ahead of your visit. For security reasons, when you arrive, please do not seek out your camper without first notifying the camp director that you are present.

You are welcome to take a meal with your camper but please call ahead to make reservations with the kitchen! There is NOT a designated “parents night” at Grand Oaks camp sessions. Meal costs for guests are paid to the group Camp Director for that week.
