BY ACTION OF THE BOARD
The Executive Board of the Grand Oaks Baptist Assembly continues to keep a hold on costs in this difficult economic times. At this point and time, the Board is watching all areas of Grand Oaks to provide the best, most up-to-date facilities at a moderate price. Other Board action was to put into place a policy regarding Criminal Background Checks for all volunteers in all of our overnight camps.
In other Board action, a new budget for 2010 was approved reflecting approximately a 1% increase for a total of $181,170.
The 2010 camp schedule was updated and the 2011 schedule was approved using the existing formula for assigning dates. A
